PYRO-SAFE® DG-HF is an intumescent coating for timber, metal, plastic, concrete, mineral-fibre and non-combustible fabric, which starts to intumesce in the presence of a fire. Depending on the substrate an additional coating layer may be required.

PYRO-SAFE® DG-HF is a VOC-free, water based dispersion with organic and inorganic fillers specially developed for aviation. The coating is flexible and elastic, with excellent adhesion to the substrate.

Handling
PYRO-SAFE® DG-HF designed for application by air-less spraying (nozzle orifice ≥ 0.061 inches = 1.54 mm) or compressed-air spraying (nozzle orifice ≥ 3.5 mm).
