TFSG becomes part of the svt Group of Companies

Fire protection seals and fire protection glass from a single source in future

The svt Group of Companies is joining forces with the British Technical Fire Safety Group (TFSG). “Together we will expand our product portfolio and offer our customers solutions from a single source. We also complement each other very well geographically,” explains Dr. Jens Reiners, CEO svt Group of Companies. “For these reasons, the merger is strategically a logical and very beneficial step for both companies, their customers and employees,” says Neil Tilsley, CEO Technical Fire Safety Group.

Customer solutions from a single source

svt is one of the leading providers of passive fire protection in Europe. TFSG, with its two trading brands Pyroguard and Fire Glass UK, develops and manufactures state-of-the-art fire-resistant glass. The fire protection seals from svt and the fire protection glass from TFSG are part of the same solution – both products only fulfil their purpose together.

Using similar structures

Employees: Status quo remains

There will be no layoffs, job relocations or changes in activities for employees in connection with the merger.
